Our Story

Caravela Lifestyle Group was established in September 2013 to provide lifestyle management and Concierge Services for high net worth individuals living, travelling and investing in Portugal.

Today, CLG assists HNWI’s from Europe, Asia, Middle East, the Americas and Africa, providing exceptional lifestyle management services.

Our Real Estate Investment and development projects continue to open up new channels in Portugal and we are partnered with international investment funds and family offices, connecting primary assets in Portugal to investors throughout the world.

CLG is led by its founder and CEO, Paul de Azevedo. The team comprises ten multilingual individuals with diverse professional backgrounds, including finance, property development, law, asset management, design, hospitality and concierge services. The company’s ethos places a high value on integrity, professionalism, creativity and teamwork.

2015

In 2015, CLG started providing personalised real estate consultancy, assisting the increasing numbers of HNW international property investors with the bureaucratic, fiscal and legal process of investing in Portugal, including Non Habitual Residency and Golden Visa applicants, in addition to offering comprehensive lifestyle management services.

2016

Increasing awareness of the country’s diversity and opportunities has attracted many international clients, not only to invest, but also to organise boutique events and unique occasions in some of Portugal’s most exclusive locations. In 2016, CLG started organising bespoke experiences, in the most outstanding locations in the country, including historic national palaces and private estates.

2017

Following the rising trend of investment in Portugal, January 2017 saw the start of our real estate investment and development projects, which has rapidly grown a real estate portfolio that includes hospitality, retail and residential development projects across Portugal.

2018

One of our latest additions to the group in 2018, is luxury property and rental management, providing personalised services for property owners and frequent HNW visitors and catering for the most discerning international clientele visiting and travelling in Portugal.
